She was gonna get a CD payer for my pick-up but the Best Buy guy confused her. I told her one that plays CDRW & mp3s. He began asking questions & she said I can buy my own damn CD player.

I was good, but someone else was naughty. Got a call from the bank a couple of nights ago. Apparently someone tried to purchase something online using my visa card #. The merchant suspected fraudulent activity and contacted the bank and suggested they cancel the card immediatly. Fortunately nothing was purchased, but now I have no visa check card......I use that damn thing for everything

that happened to me last summer but the bastards actually went shopping, causing me a two month headache.

for christmas, i didn't get anything super-cool but it was good anyways. two new pair of shoes, a street map book, a get fuzzy desk calendar and book, some hex wrenches and other misc. stuff.

and...too much food, drink, and more food than a 35 year old guy should be able to eat in two sittings

I scored - i lived through 17 in-laws in my house for dinner.

I got two space heaters (now my office really WON'T be cold!!!)
two shoe racks
a Mikasa serving bowl
a vanilla candle
a lap harp which just kicks ass!! (I've had it for a couple weeks now)
and a very pretty gold necklace with three diamonds on it from my mom-in-law.

And did I tell you the best part - i lived through christmas!

I didn't do too bad:

A whole load of DVD's, I'll be movie watching for weeks, maybe even months.
A wooden cigar box purse (excellent for bopping unsuspecting folks on the noggin).
Shower radio/CD player - I just love dancing and singing in the shower!
A cotton candy machine, for my sweet tooth!

I didn't get one thing that would have been awesome for Christmas - but hopefully patience will one day pay off.

oh! and when i was admiring my step mother in laws cordless mouse she said she was going to mail me once in about a week! that kicks ass! oh! and santa has been to my house while i was gone! my typewriter keys are no longer sticking!
