Let's take it in steps, shall we. Dubya had 31 positions and 46 appointees. Obama has 32 positions and 35 appointees. Not surprising really, since Obama didn't actually abolish any positions that Bush created..he merely replaced the people in those positions. Bush, on the other hand, created 25 positions of czar..hmmm. The 3 extra people One is for the new position..the other two, didn't work out.

Bush's positions didn't dissipate..they were replaced.
There are no 45 positions...there are 32.

I think Cerise is trying to say that since she didn't have a problem with Bush having Czars there's no problem with Obama having Czars.
