not pissing on the parade. thats why i put "barring any unforseen complications".

we have been pre-approved. the house inspection is part of the sales agreement. also have a clause where we can walk away if repairs exceed a certain dollar amount after the inspection.

It's one of the things you have to look for around here. There are still several towns around us without it.

Worry not. Banks are falling over themselves to loan money they don't have.
 
we were pre-approved, but i'm not counting on the money till the bank hands it over.
 
I've been house/land shopping myself.
I found out it's hard to find....
land 8-20 acres, with a stream, no restrictions, with out other houses
really close, that has a convenient store within a mile or 2, and for less than
half a mil. :lloyd:
 
we closed today.
the house is all ours.
well...the bank is letting us use it for the next 30 years....

He DOES have a huge backyard you know. And it's very very convenient to me. And I love any excuse to go up to Boston. And I missed the last meeting Spot and I were supposed to have. And it would be a great way to "christen" the new digs. And... and.... and.... I could go on forever.
