I was hoping for one here. We've had two executions here in California lately and were about to have a third before they came up with that "a doctor has to be there" crap. I was hoping we could finally clear up some of the backlog.

I like it too, but IMHO, it doesn't apply. This is retribution, pure and simple. Justice would be making that #$%^$% somehow feel the pain of her death over and over and over, with the grief of everyone who ever met her tossed on top for good measure. Until someone comes up with that, I'll take retribution, thanks.
 
I think it applies as much as it can.
There is very little TRUE justice because of the human rights activists.
I personally believe in an eye for an eye. (to the detail)
