I don't think so, Joe.

As of July 1, 2005, there were 3,415 prisoners awaiting execution in the United States.

When the constitution was written, the time between sentencing and execution could be measured in days or weeks.

What the hell?

He killed the little girl two years ago and he's just getting convicted now?

Seriously... he should have been in a shallow grave with a bullet in his head one year eleven months and three weeks ago.

He admits to killing her. Why bother with the trial after that point? Get a police officer to take him out back and shoot him in the head. One shell can't be more expensive than him living off tax dollars for 15 years then getting the chair...

Ah, there was a session id. Damn things. Well that site'll have the info anyhow. Basically, the fucker ain't dead yet.

I haven't even read this thread ...all/mostly.
Don't think I want too.

*Now where'd I put those damn colored glasses.
