He lived in the Toronto area when he was a member here, yes.
But, he said he was an American...yet he had never lived in the States...he lived in South Africa for awhile apparently...but what irked me was he lived in Canada yet, said he was American even though he had never lived there...he just claimed to like the states better but was staying here to get his education cause it's cheaper (government subsidized for citizens...which he was...). UGH makes me SO MAD!
