I see a metal cap on that jar. All the ones I've ever bought have a yellow plastic one. Is that kind of cap normal for your part of the world?

I have at least a couple of slices of marmite on toast every day. It's the marmite/butter mix that gets me hard.
 
Never heard of it...thought you were talking pots and pans. Une Marmite is a large stewing pot.

I could probably stomach it, though I still prefer Nutella on toast, thanks :)

i could eat nutella all day, i could roll around in a big vat of nutella and be very happy....tis a little fattening, though...
