Meet Jack

;)

He looks like he has fine ancestry---a very good family tree. Perhaps some species of hardwood.

Everything I've read and heard says about 12-15 years. No that long but getting an older dog will allow me to spend time with a dog that needs very little training to see how things go.

That's good though, even 12 years gives you a good five years to just enjoy him. That was what I was hoping for.

I was wondering if they were like boxers and only 7ish years.

It's not really a greyhound, although they look very similar. I believe whippets tend to be a bit smaller than greyhounds.

And when it's a bad doggie, you whip it. :D

I was offered a dog today, half collie, have shepparding dog, albino, with 2 diffrent colour eyes.

don't tell Leslie.
