hmmm.. i might be wrong, was thinkink PII 233, its a TX chipset right leslie? to be safe i'd get a 8GB max HDD its a socket 7 mobo if pentium 200

Where do you get your info from? How strange is it that I was sitting here about 30-45 minutes ago and felt my chair and my desk moving. I pushed my chair away from my desk to see if it was me doing it and it kept going for another 5 seconds. Rusty thinks I'm just tired or hormonal or something. Sometimes that will happen when a large truck goes barrelling down the street but I heard nothing outside.

As long as I've lived in NY, I've never known there to be an earthquake but there have been a couple of small tornado's.

If your machine won't take the drive straight, you can pop in a Promise ATA100 card. Takes one pci slot, and let's you run whatever the hell you want.
 
Yeah, an IDE card should straighten out the system if it don't take the hdd. I'm lookin on the web atm for some info on the board.

Un séisme secoue la région de Montréal



Dans l'est de Montréal TVA
La grande région de Montréal a été secouée par un tremblement de terre vers 6 h 55 ce matin.

La secousse, qui a duré une dizaine de secondes, a aussi été ressentie dans plusieurs secteurs de la Montérégie, de Lanaudière et des Laurentides.

Les régions de Québec et de Drummondville ont également été touchées par le séisme. Même chose du côté de l'Ontario, dans la région d'Ottawa et de Niagara.

La Commission géologique du Canada tente actuellement de déterminer la magnitude de ce séisme, et son épicentre. Dans le Vieux-Montréal, les édifices en hauteur ont été ébranlés, mais il n'y a pas eu de dégât.
