perceptions of your fellow OTC'ers

I give everyone their own voive, face, and mannerisms.

And when I go to the gallery, or a profile with a picutre, or here a voice on a sound thread, I am always amazed how totally wrong I am.

an example

Squiggy in my head was a pimply blong 18 year old, that spent time on the computer while taking a break from cleaning a 6-pack carb for his trans am

oh did I mention I 've given all of you lives and histories if I never heard it here.
tell me what fable you have connocted for me. :lurk:

sory I knew you before OTC

and I refuse to answer for most of you, squiggs was the one that was way off

Ok, but you picture me as this porn stud, right?

wait a sec, not really sure that I want you picturing me like that. Stop it.

Oh, come on Paul - you can't go make a statement that you concoct lives for us in your head & then not want to tell us about it! That's just not fair you see. Besides, how would you know hoe off or right you are if you don't tell us about it?

yeah...well...i do it too...i never pictured you for a non brunette, kaz...
but if i've seen you're pic then that's how i think of you...if i've heard your voice...either on the horn or in the what do you sound like thread then i hear that in my head....although i must admit that paul sounds more like the dude from the mckenzies in my mind...good day, eh? :p

What do you mean a non-brunette? Did you also think I'm blonde after I posted my pic? Guess it's the light in that photo 'cos I was born a brunette and will die grey I suppose....in between my hair's been every colour of the rainbow just about, except blonde - never have had the desire to go blonde, don't reckon it'd suit me really.

well let's see

I thought PT looked like silent bob...due to the av when I joined

AT sun bunnie surfer girl

LOL, yeah Pauly....I'm deffo that.....so much surf in Jozi ;)

(but tonksy it is dark.............anyway, it's not important)

I don't make up voices for people 'cause I'm normally wrong. Although I'm fond of reading some posts out loud with imaginary accents based on your location when the feeling comes over me.

If you want to imagine me speaking...try a vanilla accent (one that can pretty much fit in anywhere in North America) tinted with a slight french accent - not Parisian french, québequois...think Jean Crétien. Toss in the occasional "eh" and you'd be right on.

Add beer of vodka to the mix and you can turn the tap onto my accent as well, especially if I'm watching hockey at the time. :)

Honestly, putting voices to you guys never occured to me til unc brought it up. Even the ones I've listened to on the sound thread.

I have some kind of accent, but around here you can't tell. We Chicagoans have no distinguishable voice (Randy Jackson is right about that).
