Porn star wannabes cry out...and then there was silence

Your country cannot make laws to protect women all over the world. They can only take care of their own, as they are trying to do here. No one said she was raped. We all agreed that she was sexually violated (as in treated in a degrading / improper manner).

Yes, there are worse things going on around the world. But just because worse things happen it doesn't mean the bad things should go unpunished.

That's just it, she wasn't 'sexually violated'
until the proposed law change was thought about?

Hey I ain't defending these dumbasses!

What they did was way outta line.

Yeah if it was my daughter I'd want 'em
to get ass-raped in state prison and then killed
but let's get real here...

Honey don't get drunk outta yer gourd and pass out
around a buncha assholes
(I'm certain I'da rasied a daughter better than that tho)

Of course she was sexually violated Winky. The came on her face without her consent - the fact that they ejaculated on her face is the sexual part. The fact that it was without her consent and was done for their own amusement was the violation part.

The proposed law change doesn't suddenly make it wrong to do things like that (it was always wrong) - it simply puts in writing what normal people (should) know, but what these arseholes seem not to get. Alcohol is not an excuse for behaving like that.

Yes, the girl was stupid to go home with a guy she (presumably) doesn't know, while she was smashed out of her head...and then to pass out on his couch. But they still had absolutely no right to do what they did.

This is right in line with the cop pretending to be
a 14 year old gurl on IM

This event trivializes real assaults

While what happened might fall into the icky category

it sure as hell pales by comparison to Rape
or sexual battery.

GOTCHA.

For an event to be sexual battery, penetration is not required. Touching of a "sexual" organ is not required.

I had a guy on probation convicted of sexual battery. He licked the babysitter's ear. You wanna tell me THAT is more invasive than some twit jerking off on your face?

And you're exactly right about one thing. This DOES correlate to the cop pretending to be a 14 year old girl. Just not how you think it does.

It doesn't. The blokes were drunk, not her.

At a minimum, there should be some blood tests done on these men to see if anyone had anything... and if anyone does they can be prosecuted for intentional infective agent assault. Its the very law used to protect officers from inmates and whatnot trying to bite and spit in cops eyes and mouths when they know they have AIDS and such. It is most certainly a felony. The student body code should be having these kids getting expelled at the least since it most certainly conduct unbecoming.

Jsut out of curiosity, if I get turned on by squirting honey on a chick's tits, and I do that to a woman while she's asleep, is that now sexual assault too? Or is that restricted to bodily fluids? Straight from the hose, or if I dribble out of a used condom?

The key word in all this is "sex". What they did was already illegal under the assault statutes. The only thing this changes, is to get the perp labelled as a sex offender too. Something I think we can all agree is becoming far, far to easy.

Don't you think it's just plain rude and well, wrong to jack off in someone face without permission?
