One point four would set you up just fine
with 10,000+ sq foot house in the ritziest part
of Paradise Valley.

The kids second girl friends’ lawyer parents only spent 1.1 in 91

If I had 1.4 mil to spend on a house I'd prolly move to Sedona.

Sedona is nice,
may have changed a tad since you were last there though.

Exploded with growth!

My grandparents built a house in Sedona on a nice five acre lot back in the late eighties/early nineties. They just sold it last summer for an obscene amount of money. I have very rich and eccentric grandparents.

I used to go there when you could have bought Sedona for $1.4M.

It was starting to get a bit more upscale when I used to go there. I understand it's pretty hoity-toity now. Prolly wouldn't let my kind buy a house there...
