Price of Manhattan apartments up

Anyway...Apartments anywhere in NYC only come in two price ranges....

At the lower end..."You've got to be kidding me..."
and at the high end..."Are you kidding me"...

Been 15 years or more since I was there. At that time it was still a fairly small town although Prescott Valley (just over the hill) was growing pretty darned fast.
