9:25 A.M. - The FAA orders shutdown of all airports nationwide, banning takeoffs of all civilian aircraft.

9:31 A.M. - President George W. Bush makes a statement from Emma Booker Elementary School in Sarasota, Florida calling the crashes an "apparent terrorist attack."

You know...if the politicos would've just gotten the fuck out of the way after giving us the go-ahead, this would've been over two years ago. Too many people want the military to be a police force, and that isn't our job...

+5 years & we're even more partisan than on 09/10/01.

The folks who find it patriotic to call the Commander in Chief names like nazi & stupid while the enemy watches & the media gladly reports are the problem. Senators & Congress members, party leaders & media moguls have taken a straight forward proposition, kill the terrorists, and made a game much like the one created in the mid-60s. It's better to assist your country to defeat than to help with victory.

Too bad.

It is patriotic to speak out against the wrongs committed by leaders. It's downright American.
