It took me 6 years to get compensation... partly because they had to wait to see what the long term effects would be and partly because my original solicitors took over the legal dealings of the people I was fighting (big firm) and dropped me like a hot potato siting "conflict of interests" and hadn't filed the writ.... so I had to find another solicitor to continue the action....

BASTARDS! What they really meant was they prefered to get big bucks form the big firm rather than small bucks from me! Anyway it was resolved in the end and I got my compensation.
