I knew a guy who, when crossing the border, smartmouthed the customs agent. The agent asked him "Do you have anything to declare" And he said "Yeah, canada sucks".

After the cavity search, he found out that when customs strips your car for a search, they're not obliged to put it back together. And you have 24 hours to get it outta their sight before they dispose of it .... permanently.

Customs are not obligated to let you enter the country. If you just so happens to piss them off, they can just flat out refuse you entry and there is nothing you can do.

Oh and, I didn't piss a Canadian or American customs agent off (yet).

If you knew anyone who talked like that believe me you'd find a way of supressing their right to free speech.

Um guys, free speech is applicable IN CANADA. But when your passport is stamped "EXITTING USA", until you have the "ENTERING CANADA" stamp you technically don't have any rights. And in some cases they don't stamp your passport until after they search your stuff.
