Titan has organic matter

Fittest means most able...not necessarily strongest or best. We were, and continue to be the most fittest. Natural selection, in times of crisis, kills off specialists.

Incredibly arrogant, IMO, but you're hardly alone in your thinking. The fittest do not necessarily survive. Natural selection doesn't even apply anymore.

we took out most of the natural selection.

then again, take off all warning labels of machinery and most of the natural selection process will be restored ;)

unfortunately we're probably at a point where we would try not to allow natural selection...wonder how that'll turn out, lol

NO, evolution (if you believe) is a slow process. We may believe that our advancement in science is haltering evolution but we have no way of knowing because human evolution in particular is painfully slow.

We can control "nature" to a greater degree then we used to (even if it is all in negative ways) but no way near that level you're describing.

Not the able, the most able. Luck, skill, toughness, and flexibility all play their parts.
...or at least, they used to. Today, you can be the most sluggish, overweight and greasy individual but so long as you have money...you get to pass on your genes. It's a man-made quasi natural selection.

Luck has a lot to play in that as well. Just think about how well you, I or anyone else on here would've done if we'd have been born in the third world instead of the 'first' world.
