Twenty-six things a perfect guy would do

So I take it that the "perfect guy" would get his ass kicked up between his shoulders in these parts. Likely by the girl.
 
My guy doesn't do any of those things --- and I feel he's perfect --- at least for me.

My idea of perfect is someone who loves me for who I am. I have never tried to change him, and he has never tried to change me. We are 2 independent/dependent souls who found each other early, and have stayed together --- come October, for 40 years.
 
Is it just me or is the author extremely bitter? Either he hasn't been with the right woman for him, or any at all.

I don't think it was entertaining really. Granted, it was a silly idea for an email to start, but his comments were something my 15 year old brother would say; over-the-top and immature. He just seems like an asshole.
