I'm doing a double degree.... computer science, and an engineering which I haven't decided on yet. Probably electronic, electrical, or mechanical.
 
well, if you haven't started on the Eng degree yet then you are not an Eng student yet.

That would be like me walking around last year in higschool saying "I am doing Engineering next year so that means I am an eng student now"

Once you start studying it THEN you are an Eng student.

I've already started on some of the courses, so I'm a Mathie and an Engineer. I will get my iron ring eventually.
