yea about 100 altogether. Feeling alot better no more meds for anything either.
started jogging/walking again even working out(as much as i hate it)

I was happy then.
I guess im happy now just in a different way. Still adjusting to the new life.

and not really trying to do much of either. I think they are affraid of me and i know im affraid of them. As for the cooking well The people i cook for love it and it hasnt been just for the boys. I love to cook so it works out ok.Cooked for a group of us last night.
Tonksy, thanks dont quite feel like that. I keep getting yelled at about the weight loss. from the Dr. and the family.

I haven't had my picture taken since my trip to San Antonio back in March, here's the best one, with my brother after he finished Air Force basic training. Those thick glasses kinda make it look like I have holes in my head. :nerd:
