Cat, I seriously doubt it as shark is way more expensive than fish. Shark is a nice sturdy white meat fish and you can get it in nice thick steaks. I love it.

I've never had shark or goat...what are they like?

As tonks said, shark is white and makes a nice thick steak. The meat is soft but not too soft, more like al dente stuff.

Goat has a strong flavour, ever ate birria?

I don't want to really get into brands, but I just gotta say......
I got this bacon on sale the other day, and it's the best flavored bacon
I've Every eaten.

I've used it in baked beans, and the drippings in cornbread..., and it makes
everything good.:nerd:

We have to use one of 2 or 3 certain types due to rob's allergies...but I've never seen that brand before...you still have the ingredients list laying about?

Oh! I ate coyote once. It was soaked with bbq sauce though, so the meat wasn't the dominant flavor. I didn't die so it must have been a-ok.
