Why is communism bad?

It hasn't been implemented in pure form because it can't be, human nature takes over and corrupt the process.

Once the machines rule, watch out!!! Its perfect for an emotionless world.

Ask a Cuban. I'll bet they would love to tell you why communism is bad. :nerd:

No, Russia was not communist, neither is Cuba.

Cuba is a socialist dictatorship, not a communist state.

Animal farm is a good example of why communism is considered bad. So, I believe, is Lord of the Flies.

It's an excellent paper theory, but fails in real life, not because it was a bad idea, but because people are basically not ready for it.

Star Trek is a good example of what communism in motion should be like. No money, no property, you work for the betterment of 'the federation' and the good of all.

Oh. Well, never mind, then.

Anybody needs me, I'll be over in the corner studying Cuban history. :lloyd:

What about this Cuban? Would he have made his fortune by co-founding and then selling broadcast.com if Communism had ruled? Would he have then bought the Dallas Mavericks and turned the franchise around?

Hmmm . . . it would probably be safe to say that that particular Cuban would agree that communism is bad. :D

Socialism is just the seed form of communism. In the end there is no real difference
