Nothing as far as I know. But a lot of people seem to find them a bit weird.

as for raw, try a good veal carpatcio, it is amazing

No thanks. I like my steaks almost-but-not-quite medium rare,and of course prime rib is to be served rare...that's it. Any other meat I eat shall be bloodless.

Paul, swap out that processed cheese for a slice of swiss and stick it in the toaster oven (or frying pan) for a Croque Messieur.
