I still find it funny that they are willing to try my food at all.

what is weird about frogs legs (says the man who used to live in quebec)

Nothing as far as I know. But a lot of people seem to find them a bit weird.

as for raw, try a good veal carpatcio, it is amazing

No thanks. I like my steaks almost-but-not-quite medium rare, and of course prime rib is to be served rare...that's it. Any other meat I eat shall be bloodless.

since moving to barrie I discovered new foods...weird stuff.

like this

"ham sandwich"

2 slices of ham (just ham, not salt cured or anything)
2 slices of "white bread" (weird stuff, it is SQUARE, and it comes presliced..scary)
1 kraft single (what is a kraft, I think it is fake cheese, it scares me)
butter the bread (BUTTER, not olive oil...wtf!)

then slap it all together, where are the roasted peppers? the grain mustard?

just weird weird shit man.

So you've learned how to be a white man :lloyd:

That a boy! Every little bit is one step closer to a cowboy hat and boots and that's how it should be!

It is lots of places. Health board mandates it due to bacteria. Must be no less than medium or medium well depending on the grill configuration.

Go configure. :lloyd:

And sprinkled with sugar (or a dash of syrup), ice cold milk on the side..

*sigh* Yeah, I'm gonna have to stop by the store today.

I am a fan of rattlesnake and Ostrich. Had the snake in Colorado and have had the Ostrich a few times.

The whole head cheese and black pudding things, yeah, I'm gonna go toss my lunch right now. That quesadilla was good going down, so let's hope...

My grandma used to make it and then make us eat it. It was a fate worse than death. :(

I've got a Jackalope meat stick in the fridge at home.

Paul, swap out that processed cheese for a slice of swiss and stick it in the toaster oven (or frying pan) for a Croque Messieur.

And I love black pudding too. Never had it with raisins tho. And I know exactly how it's made. Mum used to have to make it back on the farm.
