Did they say what constituted 'serious harm'?

Tis a far cry from equal protection under the law methinks.

I dunno what it exactly constitutes.

The woman had shot her husband (gold digging young woman with an oldre husband), and she got life in prison, and then an additional life sentence for serious harm to an elderly person. So it appears that it goes on top of the sentence for the crime in itself.

Rapes and beatings of the elderly happen frequently, this law is cool.

the weather radar for this area looks exactly the same as it did this morning when i looked at it. this storm is just pulling moisture off the Atlantic and it looks like its parked just south of the Cape. thank god its rain.
