Tell me, please. What socialized things are in the Constitution? I can't find 'em & I forgot what you taught me.
Sorry, that's not socialism.
Sure it is.
I don't have to pay for roads. I don't have to pay for the post office. I'll have to pay for governmetn run insurance.
The method used to collect taxes to pay for government run programs has nothing to do with the definition of "socialized". I notice you left out the military though which you do have to pay for.
So if the roads, post office, and military aren't socialized than neither is gov run healthcare.
I can point out roads, mail & armies. Can you point out healthcare?
Socializing is the state regulating business to a point that the state must be involved. Roads, Post Offices & the Military are not businesses. Government run institutions are not businesses. Healthcare is a business.
Ok, we won't call medicare or the public option businesses
Medicare has a copy of the Constitution?
Sure. We'll call them socialized medicine. But we can't d that because we're not a socialist nation & the Constitution doesn't call for socialized healthcare.
You're making that up aren't you.No, they set up socialized things right in the COTUS.
You're making that up aren't you.
Why are you afraid to answer Gonzo?
