America: Freedom to Fascism

Sure it is.

I don't have to pay for roads. I don't have to pay for the post office. I'll have to pay for governmetn run insurance.

The method used to collect taxes to pay for government run programs has nothing to do with the definition of "socialized". I notice you left out the military though which you do have to pay for.

So if the roads, post office, and military aren't socialized than neither is gov run healthcare.

CNSNews.com: “Madam Speaker, where specifically does the Constitution grant Congress
the authority to enact an individual health insurance mandate?”

Pelosi: “Are you serious? Are you serious?”

CNSNews.com: “Yes, yes I am".

I can point out roads, mail & armies. Can you point out healthcare?

Socializing is the state regulating business to a point that the state must be involved. Roads, Post Offices & the Military are not businesses. Government run institutions are not businesses. Healthcare is a business.

I'd be glad to direct you to a medicare office so you can point at it.

Ok, we won't call medicare or the public option businesses. Is that all settled now?

The definition of socialized is "1. To place under government or group ownership or control."

Example: roads, post office, military, etc.

Medicare has a copy of the Constitution?

Sure. We'll call them socialized medicine. But we can't d that because we're not a socialist nation & the Constitution doesn't call for socialized healthcare.

Medicare has a copy of the Constitution?

I'm not sure why they would need one. How does this relate to the socialized things in the Constitution?

Sure. We'll call them socialized medicine. But we can't d that because we're not a socialist nation & the Constitution doesn't call for socialized healthcare.

Looks like you're trying to change the subject. Before we move on are you ready to admit that that the roads, post office, and military are socialized?

We've been on this topic for awhile. Seems a shame not to settle it.

America's day in the sun is all done.

Seems a shame to continue
in fact I find it quite stomach wrenching.

Yes I would. You type a lot of random stuff that doesn't make any sense.

Makes me think you're just padding your post count. I'm going to beat you to 10,000 anyway. ;)
