Some policies will. Depends how it's written. However, that clause is really meant for very occasional drivers (i.e., you get shitfaced and a buddy drives your sorry ass home). If the other driver has a wreck, wasn't listed as a secondary driver on your poilicy, and lives with you, you're looking to get your claim denied for fraud.
