Next Possible Terrorist Attack?

hell, they need to in this case.
This is not just a Natural disaster.

You're right. It was most assuredly not a natural disaster. It was a man-made disaster. Over 10 years ago, the state was warned that the bridges design specs were being exceeded, but nobody listened. When they say that a bridge is good for only 40,000 cars a day, and you put over 125,000 cars a day over it, you weaken the span and lower the life of the bridge. Simple wear-and-tear...

I still haven't been convinced there wasn't something Malicious going on here.

It's also very strange to me that the numbers aren't adding up, and/or are changing.

Which numbers? The victims? There's always an inaccurate body-count in a situation like this. For the first few days, its always "he-said-she-said". Each network has their own 'analyst' who will 'guesstimate' the number of dead and/or injured.

yeah the numbers.
The Mayor said himself that he saw x number personally, and confirmed it as
a definite number at 7, last I heard, before it was lowered to 4.

I can understand about the missing.

Then their were So many conflicting reports on when inspection were done,
which now there are allegations of fraud which Seem to be quieted.

Then at first they said there was a Structural crew work the night before,
and the surface crew the next day. Now only the day crew is confirmed.

It just seems like more than usual misinformation, play-down, and
conflicting report between I-witnesses & Officials.

Then the conflicting reports between independent engineers and official engineer/experts.

There's just Sooo many conflicts, that it sounds suspicious, and the name of
the company/people that were hire to work on the bridge in unknown/unreleased.
And when some inquiries were made to the Gov. officials, they said they
simple would not going tell certain things, that were simple questions....

...

Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reaid did it.
They don't want the Republicans holding their convention in a blue state.

Plain to see as the nose on yer face
its clearly all a Commie plot!

DAUMN them Commie bastards!

Maybe it was this Republican catering to "we don't want no taxes" crowd.

MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 6 — In the past two years, Gov. Tim Pawlenty of Minnesota twice vetoed legislation to raise the state’s gas tax to pay for transportation needs.

Now, with at least five people dead in the collapse of the Interstate 35W bridge here, Mr. Pawlenty, a Republican, appears to have had a change of heart.

No Spike it was the unskilled illegal beanner welders that
caused it, doncha know?

Did that article mention the TWO BILLION DOLLAR surplus that MN has? When your gov't tax man has money left over, that means you're already paying too many taxes.

I dunno about all that, but I think it would serve a useful purpose to know
who all had worked on that bridge recently.

They were working on it at the time of collapse.

I'm wondering where that report came from, if true, and who, and when, if not.

:grinno:
I was wonder how long it'd take

Not to make light of those who lost life. Apologies to any offended.
