Yes, with women as well. Sure, some men and women may not get anal cancer by having anal sex. The same can be said of smokers since some smokers may not get lung cancer. However, anal cancer is predominate by practicing sodomy just as lung cancer is predominate in smokers.
It is an indirect relation. The anal area was not designed for anal sex. It is unnatural to engage in such behavior as it goes against its biological purpose.

Yeah, the same could be said about oral sex. The mouth wasn't designed for smoking either, hands weren't designed for typing, feet for skiing, etc.
