No, terrorism is terrorism. It's not necessarily an act of war. I suppose you could consider gay bashing an act of war against gays if you want though.

Equating a domestic crime with terrorism is useless & stupid. They are not the same. Over 20 years of trying the leftist way has gotten us nothing more than attacked with greater fury. Attacking terrorism at its (general) source, militarily, has left us safer.
However, that is neither here nor there, according to Al Franken, minorities & homosexuals are more important than little girls.

Right all crime is not terrorism. Just terrorist acts.
We haven't been living the leftist way for 20 years. Shit, Bush took up 8 of those years and the other Bush wasn't that long ago.
We should have done that. Instead we invaded Iraq which left us less safe.
Nobody said anyone is more important. In this country though we treat terrorist killings different than your run of the mill Detroit murder.

Going back to Reagan, we decided to make terrorism a crime. It escalated. We havent' been hit, outside a war zone, sice the military got involved.
Al Franken said homosexuals & minorities are more important. In fact, he slipped a few lines into a bill that was authorizing funding to fight terrorism, that said homosexuals & miniroities are more important than teh average guy (or little girl)
They were not American citizens attacking Americans on American soil. Sounds like war.
