Interesting responce from the PM Jock Strap..

Youths forced passengers off three buses and set them on fire overnight in suburban Paris, raising tensions Thursday ahead of the first anniversary of the riots that engulfed France's rundown, heavily immigrant neighborhoods.
No injuries were reported, but worried bus drivers refused to enter some suburbs after dark, and the prime minister urged a swift, stern response.

That is the latest fad...dismiss pertinent info as racist, therefore unnecessary.

Why set a bus on fire to begin with?

Spank their little asses and send 'em somewhere unpleasant...like France...um, wait a sec...

What was that phrase about feeding crocs?

What does that have anything to do with it? If the news source decides to point fingers and makes things worst (and you and I damn well know that it ain't going to help), not pointing fingers is hardly appeasement.

The job of the news section of the media is to inform the public & let them decide, with full & complete knowledge. Not half stories & half-truths like we get now.

It is important to have all relevent information. A group of ARAB youths is important information, as would it be for a group of Gaulish youths. It gives one a target to avoid/confront.

Aw c'mon. We all know that ain't gonna happen. Right here in the good ol' US of A, when a convenience store is robbed and the local news puts the story out, the suspect is described only as a male, 20-25 years old, 5'10, 180 pounds. Something as useful as what color his skin is must be omitted lest we be accused by the [Rush Limbaugh enunciation] Reverend Jackson[/enunciation] of racial profiling. So instead of narrowing down the suspect, the public is left with a description that would fit about 8% of the people in town. Handy as a pocket on a shirt.
