The military is comprised of highly trained professionals. The personnel that took the 2 week course were trained, qualified, and certified by CounterTerroristCenter officers as well as a Survival Evasion Resistance Escape training instructor.

The quality of the instruction negated the necessity of quantity.

The DCI Interrogation Guidelines require that all personnel directly engaged in the interrogation of persons detained have reviewed these Guidelines, have received appropriate training in their implementation, and have completed the applicable acknowledgement.

He was not denouncing anyone. Just stating his thoughts on the matter. Just because you disagree doesn't mean he's denouncing you. You are allowed to disagree.

Shit cat, he was stating his opinion on a specific instance. The only people he was denouncing was the cops who he thought handled the situation badly. Which they kinda did.

He has admitted to mistakes that have been made in past situations which is hardly denouncing the whole country.
