In America, the burden of proof rests on the prosecution. It's one of those pesky "freedom" thingies. You don't need any proof of innocence, just lack of proof of guilt.

I think it's going to be interesting and factual.

You'll note that his speech was not accompanied by pro-Bush curriculum.

And the instructors were not directed to lead the discussion by asking values-clarification questions like "what exactly does 'civic duty' and 'responsibility' mean to you?" "What do you think your president is asking of you?" "How do you think you can help president 0bama?"

Did Bush ask the kids to pick out inspirational phrases from his speech and plaster them on the walls?

See, it's not about an objection to presidents in the classroom per se, it is about The One who holds the office that has a Socialist agenda to propagate that is not wanted.

it's the recognition of who is in charge that fuels the ideological fires for you all. no need for ideas and plans, when all you need is big daddy and his slogans. so, yes, a perfectly pro-bush curriculum, without even needing to say a word.
