Hey little buddy, my kid always scored at the top of all the tests throughout school.
He got that national merit thingie on the PSAT a 1480 on the SAT
He aced the critical reading side (800) scored 680 on the math side vs what the
white boys scored for 2005 which was 536 and the coloured chillin' 431? whoa
Hell he has been teaching & tutoring the SAT, LSAT & GRE for the last 7 years
with first Princeton Review and now Kaplan, while going to college and only stopped
doing the teaching of regular classes just this semester cuz law school and
being on law review is a lot to do at the same time?

No doubt he'll breeze through the Bar Exam...

As for 'basic intelligence' yeah he's gotten some truly average students to better their scores that's a given.

I guess it's just cuz their White, I knew all along it was a race thing.

My kid was destined from birth to have high native intelligence
but if I'd have subjected him to malnutrition
mental, physical & emotional abuse
withheld any opportunities for learning and
provided a series of disastrous roles model for him

yer right he would have become a total piece of garbage

or I could have just chosen to spawn with a girl with average IQ?

Then he'd have been cursed with a lousy ~ 100 IQ, no amount of proper parenting
and opportunity could have raised him much beyond average.

Now I seriously doubt there are many geniuses born into the families
down in the hollers and yes even if by some cosmic accident one is born there,
he or she is so thoroughly submerged in simpleminded, thickheaded stupidity
there's no way to know the difference.

you're talking about IQ as if it means something. my best friend has the highest IQ ever recorded at our elementary school. his parents - a lawyer and an accountant - pushed him to read. i didn't score as well. as a younger kid i was more of a jock-twit and briefly attended the derek zoolander school for kids who can't read good. another friend of ours' scored well higher than either of us at another school. he's black. his adoptive parents are affluent and jewish. one of the two friends borrowed some of dad's petty cash to launch and shortly thereafter fail a restaurant. he lived in his van for a while. the other one is doing okay, though i find myself loaning him money from time to time for things like houses and vehicles, which he promptly repays with interest calculated to the penny. guess which is which.

scientifically your viewpoint is a relentlessly stinky pile of fecal leftovers. and i don't mean al gore science. i mean craniometrics, bitch. get over it, george wallace.
