Oooh, ooh. I try to limit myself to one or two every other month. With kraut of course.

I hope you kept the nitro handy. I'm all for high fat, high taste meals & a general screw it, I'm gonna die of something attitude, but, perhaps, not immediately following an unknown situation. If it's heart, you make the call. If it's indigestion, the food taste may be lessened.

You guys consider that to be a fair sized meal? Por moi, it rates as a snack between snacks.
Right...
I'm 6 feet tall, and 235 lbs. That's at best average for me. :swing:

I'm really thinking it was an adverse reaction to the combo of meds that day.
I'll know a little more tomorrow maybe.

The hospital called for a satisfaction survey, and I asked um about my bloodwork.
They said it was kept in the records area in the basement. The door to that
is just across the parking lot from my docs office...maybe 200'. They said
he, or one of his staff could swing over and pick um up.
This visit to the doc was originally to so the second half of some bloodwork anyway, so I guess they'll poke another hole, and really give it a workout.

Salad has only been in vouge for 50 years or so. Gnawing a carcass goes back a few bazillion years. Its hard to break with species predispositions.

if I have salad, it's gotta have gobs of cheese, bacon bits, maybe ham, and chiken...
oh and some good NO non-fat dressing. :lloyd:

Hell - you okes would never survive in our family...in Summertime salads are about all we eat

Yummie fresh greens, with sprouts and nuts & dried fruit, maybe a few pieces of parma ham and a homemade dressing of fat free greek yoghurt, mixed with some mint & honey.

So...do you live in a cult compound?

Personally I have a condition, and the doc told me some years ago that I need
really high protein, and hamburger meat was the best. I'm not sure really how,
like peanuts, might stack up against the meat though. I have enough research
to do without trying to become a nutrition expert, but of coarse it may come to that now. :alienhuh:
