You take my complaint of disparate treatment of the suspects in two similar cases in the same environment and say that I am declaring the suspect in the current case guilty. Prove it.

Where in any of my posts on this thread have I declared this guy guilty? Where is my declaration that he has definitely done what is alleged and that he is guilty?

All I have stated is that there is not the same outcry against this guy that there was against the Duke LaCrosse players and I pointed out the differences. That does not a declaration of guilt make. The hypocrisy is rampant.

Political correctness drove the first case and political correctness is driving this case.

My contention was that an actual rape did take place and, by your challenge to that contention, your contention is that I am incorrect so no rape took place.

So he makes a statement to the investigator which affirms the visual observations of the Confidential Source (CS).

So I guess that blows the theory that the child was a willing participant. That makes it rape.

So, regardless of your contentions that no rape occurred, the affidavit clearly states that there was, indeed, unwilling, non-consensual, sexual activity with a child under the age of consent.
 
Please do not mistake Homosexuality with Pedophilia.

Most pedophiles (even those who molest children of the same sex as themeselves), state that they are heterosexual...often, they are in a heterosexual relationship and tend to molest their own kids.

I'm saying that this guy is accused of rape. You have him already convicted before trial. Precisely what you were ranting against in other threads.
